Family and Pet friendly! Wow! Plenty of room and very good standard of food. Friendly staff too. Maybe a little slow with service but this may have been due to being quite busy with customers. All in all a pleasant experience.
Great menu choices. Kids menu also available. Specials such as curry night, steak nights etc were on as well as a 2 for 12 offer every day. Carvery is also well worth a look. Food very good with good portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Not sure about allowing dogs into a restaurant when some were on their owner's lap at the table. Very popular place and so can be very busy even in January. Well worth a visit. Service was very good. Staff very helpful with smiley faces. Certainly hope to return.
Stayed for 2 nights lovely room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Carvery good. Good location. Will definitely come again
Arrived late on the first night and when I mentioned I was hungry the woman that checked us in offered to make me toast or a sandwich, I opted for some pastries and wasn't charged so can't fault the customer service there.Had a comfortable weeks sleep. The food was ok, although during my stay they ran out of maple syrup, then honey at breakfast time. No big deal really, just found it strange for a hotel/restaurant to run out of condiments for three whole days.A proper wardrobe or just something a bit more than three coat hangers on a small rail would have been good considering I was there on business for a whole week.Overall I'd recommend the Queen of the Loch but just be aware, if you're bringing a lot of clothing, there isn't much in the way of somewhere to hang anything up.
Room was spotless. Last minute choice but was impressed. Relatively cheap for the 2 of us. Great as a stop over as we were travelling south after a few days at the Cuillin Hills. Breakfast was lovely and freshly made (not a lukewarm buffet type). Evening meal was good, there was also a carvery section that looked popular with regulars
