Very friendly staff and very dog friendly cafe, the food was absolutely lovely
The staff here are really lovely! We needed to feed my baby sister and it was approaching closing time but they were very understanding and weren't rushing us out at all. They have very nice sweet things to go with tea and coffee. There is a modern interior and outside seating available as well. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone. The menu has a wide selection of lunch items and there are lots of soft drinks and some hard drinks. They also serve Thornton's ice cream and sell Thornton's chocolates.Card payments and contactless are available here. Reasonable prices on items as well.
Great cafe. Much quieter than the one in the department store. Lovely breakfast rolls which aren't advertised well from outside.
We only came here for an afternoon snack (so didn't buy any hot food) but were very happy with the quality and selection of their cakes and teas. High chairs are available if needed and their are tables large enough to accommodate groups of up to 6-7 people.
Poor food and slow service. Would avoid if possible. Lasagne was a lump of burnt mince with unmelted grated cheese on top. Toastie was slightly better but still poor.1 hour wait for 2 snacks.
