Love heading to Lomond Shores to visit House of Fraser. Fabulous for having a wander and lovely place to have a coffee.
Mike Ashley the billionaire owner of House of Frasers has defrauded me (a retired nurse) out of 108.95!Since Ashley bought House of Frasers I was given an invalid gift card in exchange for a defective shirt. I also had my online order cancelled due to Ashley having a dispute with his warehouse staff. Despite being given reassurance via email that they would contact me about a refund in 2 days, nealry 2 weeks later I have heard nothing and have never received my refund.Mike Ashley the billionaire owner of House of Frasers has defrauded me ( a pensioner) out of 108.95!Do NOT shop in House of Frasers unless you want to be ripped off by Mike Ashley, just as he has myself and thousands of other customers!!
