Apparently been in business for a long time. When it's good it's very good, just that sometimes it's not so good. A little hit and miss.

Absolutely gorgeous fish AND it can be made gluten free. The door to the sit-down portion is the door marked for the "Internet Cafe" whose "Open" sign is turned off (and the Wi-Fi is not available). However, great food and good service. Cheers!
Palombos is a lovely little place in balloch. I stopped off to buy myself some hot chocolates and a tea or two for my friends. It was a perfectly reasonable little cafe and excellent value really, certainly relative to prices in the city.
Good food, good prices, good attitude. The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed our fish and chips. We'll come back to have more food.Palombos also has a good attitude towards their customers, they are open to feedback and have a good policy on what fish/potatoes/meat they use for their products/dishes.Definitely recommended!
